Thursday 5th November 2009, Destiny  Lauren aged  29, formerly known as, and born as Justin Samuels, was a transsexual prostitute, who was found strangled in her home in Leighton Crescent, Kentish Town, north London. After she she was found by her brother she was taken to hospital, but died shortly afterwards. 

Earlier that evening Fyle telephoned her and arranged to visit,. he then traveled from his home in Carford, they had sex after which he strangled her, stole money, jewelery and her mobile phone. Fyle then traveled to kings Cross where he used some of the stolen money to buy more sex.

Fyle was arrested a week later.

 

August 2010, Fyle found guilty of the murder of Ms. Lauren.

September 2010, Flye sentenced to 21 years imprisonment.

April 2011, the court of appeal quashed the conviction, and ordered a re-trial

Wednesday 21st September 2011, Fyle is found guilty of murder for a second time
