Alfusaine Jabbi

Alfusaine JABBI, was found in a car park in Luton.

Discovered by a man cycling home from night shift at 6:07am Saturday morning 29th April 2006, in Leagrave car park, adjacent to the areas of Marsh farm and Sundon park. Police said Mr Jabbi had been stabbed and beaten to death and sustained severe injuries to his entire body.

He had been living in the UK since 2003 and worked as a spiritual healer called "Mr Wahib" - running his business from a flat in Bury Park Road, in Luton. 

The man believed to be aged 22 and originally from the Gambia, was discovered dressed completely in black and with no shoes. 

On Tuesday 31st October 2006, Rubina Shah, of Willow Way, Luton, was charged with conspiracy to commit GBH and perverting the course of justice.

20th february 2007 - UPDATE

Guhar Sultana Mirza, 26, has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

Imran Khan, 26, of Rondini Avenue, Luton, was due to appear before magistrates in the town.

Tariq Shaffi Malik, 28, of Selbourne Road, Luton, appeared in court earlier charged with the same offence.

Khalid Malik, 28, of Selbourne Road, Luton, appeared at Luton Crown Court charged with being concerned with the murder of Alfusaine Jabbi.

October 2007 UPDATE

A fifth man has been arrested in connection with the murder. all 5 will stand trial in January 2008.
