Craig Roy and
his 20 year old boyfriend Christopher Hannah, had a good
relationship, but had problems with another gay friend, Jack
Frew, who was very flirtatious to Roy.
6th May 2010,
On this night Hannah got a call from Roy saying he was in
woods and had hurt Jack Frew,
Mt Hamah ran to
the scene, to find Roy holding a small black vegetable
knife, his clothes were covered in blood, Mr Hannah asked
Roy to sit down, while he checked the 16 year old, he
checked for a pulse,. but the boy was dead.
Jack Frew was
laying on the floor with his neck cut open, and there was
blood on his clothes.
Craig Roy had
anger issuers, and had seen his local GP about this.
Wednesday
18th January 2012, 19 year old Crag Roy admitted to
manslaughter, stabbing 16 year old Jack Frew, at Glasgow
High Court, but denies murder.
His defence
claims he has a personality disrobed.
Thursday 2nd
February 2012, The Jury at Glasgow high court took just
a few hours to find teenager Craig Roy guilty of murdering
16 year old schoolboy Jack Frew.
sentencing
deferred to allow for reports.
