Thursday
10th February 2011, An argument broke out between
Devesey and his 18 year old girlfriend Nicole. She made
a 999 emergency call, shortly after this he strangled
her, and lifted some floorboards at his flat in the
Handsworh area of Birmingham. He dumped the body, which
fell 7 feet to the cellar below.
After her
death Devesey used her bank card on 4 separate
occasions.
Wednesday
2nd March 2011, Nicole's body discovered.
Monday 16th
July 2012, Devesey found guilty by a unanimous
verdict. at Birmingham Crown Court.
