11th January
2012, married for 40 years, had 4 children, Avtar and
carol Kolar were found dead in their Friary Road, Handsworh
Wood home by their policeman son.Both has suffered many
blows from a lump hammer found close by.
The post-mortem
tests confirmed the couple died as a result of blunt force
trauma to the head and that both had been struck a number of
times.
Monday 16th
January 2012, Rimvydas Liorancas arrested at his Booth
Street, Winson Green, Birmingham address.
Wednesday
18th January 2012, Liorancas charged with murder.
Thursday 19th
January 2012, Rimvydas Liorancas appeared before
Birmingham magistrates charged with murder, he was remanded
in custody.
Monday 23rd
January 2012, Lithuanian born Rimvydas Liorancas
appeared before Birmingham Crown Court, he did not enter a
plea, and spoke only to confirm his name, he was remanded in
custody.
Saturday 28th
January 2012, at 8:52am the body of Liorancas was found
hanging in hill cell at Woodhill prison in Milton Keynes.
Attempts were
made to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at 9:30am..
Police have said
they are not looking for anyone else in connection with this
murder.
