Monday 13th April 2009, officers were sent to
Wickstead Avenue in Luton, at 3:10pm after a report a
man had been injured in "a confrontation".
Mr O'Donoghue was taken to Luton and Dunstable Hospital
but died soon after.
Wednesday 15th April
2009, Lee Robert Garland, of
Bradley Road, Luton, appeared before Luton magistrates
charged with the murder of Colin O'Donoghue, of Brickley
Road, Luton. He was remanded in custody and will next
appear on 28th April.
